Self-care has as much of an impact on treatment effectiveness as maintenance.

  • It is recommended you avoid excessive drinking, saunas/jimjillbangs, hot baths and strenuous exercise for approximately a week after the treatment.
  • Because the treatment is accompanied by dryness, it is recommended that you frequently use moisturizer and regenerating cream. Be sure to apply sunscreen when going out.
  • Please refrain from using cosmetics containing retinol for whitening and wrinkle improvement.
  • Depending on the individual, slight swelling, or redness of the skin may appear after the treatment, but this side effect should fade within 1 day.
