Q.My eyebrows feel heavy after Forehead Botox treatment.
Forehead Botox does not only affect one area. As the Botox spreads, you may experience temporary heaviness in the eyebrow area, swollen eyelids, and discomfort when opening your eyes.
These side effects may cause discomfort for about 2 - 3 weeks, but will gradually ease 1 month after the treatment.
However, if these side effects are causing serious discomfort, please visit the hospital and take appropriate measures after a medical consultation. This will help for a faster recovery.
Q.What is the difference between Wrinkle Botox and Dermotoxin?
Facial wrinkles are broadly divided into 2 categories:
Facial wrinkles that occur due to the use of facial muscles
Fine wrinkles that remain on the surface of the skin without the use of facial muscles.
Wrinkles that appear on your forehead or between eyebrows occur due to the use of facial muscles, so Botox prevents muscle use within these areas. In the case of fine lines and wrinkles, Dermotoxin is injected into the epidermal layer of the skin to tighten these areas.

Self-care has as much of an impact on treatment effectiveness as maintenance.

You may wash your face and apply makeup 2 - 3 hours after the treatment.
It is recommended you avoid excessive drinking, saunas/jimjillbangs, hot baths and strenuous exercise for approximately a week after the treatment.
It is best to avoid rubbing or irritating the treatment area too much. Avoid harsh massages and meridian massages for a month.
The embossing phenomenon caused by toxin drugs is alleviated within 3 - 4 hours, and bruising and swelling may occur partially depending on the skin condition, but this is also alleviated within 3 - 7 days.
After the forehead botox treatment, you may experience temporary discomfort in your eyes or eyebrows, but you do not need to worry as it will gradually become more comfortable.
