Self-care has as much of an impact on treatment effectiveness as maintenance.
Please read the precautions and follow them carefully.
It is recommended you avoid face washing, excessive drinking, saunas/jimjillbangs, hot baths and strenuous exercise on the day of the treatment.
Please frequently use moisturizer and regenerating cream. Be sure to apply sunscreen when going out.
Occasionally a scab may form after the treatment, but it will fall off naturally, so be careful not to remove it with your hands.
