Toxnfill Clinic (hereinafter referred to as 'the Institute') values the customers’ personal information and complies with laws and regulations in accordance with the 'Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection Act.'

Procedures and Methods of Destruction Personal Information

In principle, the Institute promptly destroys personal information once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. The procedure and methods for the destruction of personal information are as follows:

Destruction Procedure

The information provided by customers during sign-up is transferred to a separate database (or, in the case of paper, a separate filing cabinet/box). After being used for the intended purpose, it is stored for a certain period of time according to internal policies and relevant legislation for information protection, and then destroyed. The information transferred to a separate database is not used for any purpose other than retention, unless required by law.

Destruction Method

The Institute deletes personal information stored in electronic files using technological methods that prevent any recovery of the records.

Disclosure of Personal Information

The company providing personal information makes exceptions in the following cases:
Our company uses users’ personal information only within the scope disclosed under “2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information” and does not exceed that scope without prior consent from the user or, in principle, provide users’ personal information to external parties. However, the following exceptions apply:

Rights and Exercise of Rights of Users and Legal Representative

Users can access or edit their registered personal information or request registration cancellation at any time.

To view or edit personal information, click on 'Edit Personal Information' (or 'Edit Member Information,' etc.). To cancel subscription (withdraw consent), click on 'Cancel Membership.' Upon clicking, you will be directed to an identification process before accessing, correcting, or canceling membership directly.

Users may also contact the personal information protection manager via letter, telephone, or email, and necessary action will be taken without delay.

If a user requests corrections to errors in personal information, the Institute shall not use or provide any personal information until the correction is made.

Additionally, if inaccurate personal information has already been provided to a third party, the correction result shall be notified to the third party immediately for correction.

The Institute handles personal information that is terminated or deleted by user request as specified in the "Period of retention and utilization of Personal Information" and shall not view or use it for any other purposes.
