Q. Is Thread Lifting effective? Is Laser Lifting effective?
Thread Lifting improves elasticity by injecting meltable threads into the skin through injection.
Laser Lifting improves sagging skin using a laser.
The 2 treatments have different operating principles and the recommended treatment varies depending on individual skin condition and concerns. At Toxnfill, we recommend the appropriate method to our patients through customized consultations.

CAUTIONS
CAUTIONSSelf-care has as much of an impact on treatment effectiveness as maintenance.
Please read the precautions and follow them carefully. -
- You can wash your face and put on make-up 2 - 3 hours after treatment. It is recommended that the Duoderm attached to the treatment area be left on until it heals.
- Please continue to take the prescribed medication for 3 days to prevent inflammation and relieve pain. If you have a history of antibiotic allergy, please be sure to let us know.
- To quickly soothe swelling and bruising, we recommend applying a mild cold compress to the treated area for 3 days.
- To relieve swelling, sleep in the correct posture for 3 days.
- It is recommended you avoid excessive drinking, saunas/jimjillbangs, hot baths and strenuous exercise for approximately a week after the treatment.
- Bruising, swelling, pain, and a foreign body sensation may occur, but most side effects are relieved within 1 - 2 weeks. However, if the pain gets worse, changes in skin color, blisters, itchiness, or heat at the treatment area persist even after taking the prescribed medication, please contact the hospital.
- To prevent thread movement and breakage, be careful not to widely open your mouth for 4 weeks. Avoid yawning or laughing too loudly. Also, be careful not to turn your head too hard during the double chin treatment.
- Sometimes, depending on the skin condition, threads may come out of the skin at the treatment site. In this case, please avoid touching it with your hands and visit the hospital to receive appropriate treatment. If you have any other inconveniences, please contact the hospital.
